Over the past few months, we've been listening closely to your feedback. Your opinions and experiences matter to us and help us continually improve our services to better match what you need. That's why, behind the scenes, we've kicked off a number of exciting developments.
Over the coming period, we'll be working on a new Ticketing System, Customer Portal, and Knowledge Base, among other things. These developments will make it even easier for you to ask questions and find the right information faster.
For months, you've told us what you needed: faster answers, clearer visibility into your requests, and a place to find help that actually feels like your place. We took that to heart, and today we're excited to introduce three upgrades built around exactly that.
Say hello to the new Customer Portal, Ticketing System, and Knowledge Base.
Your new home base lives at help.out-smart.com. It's the single entry point for support, tickets, and self-service. Clean, fast, and built to get you where you need to go without the guesswork.
From here, you can raise a new ticket, browse the Knowledge Base, or check in on something you submitted last week, all in one place, in your own language.
The new Ticketing System, available at myaccount.out-smart.com/tickets-view, is built to keep you in the loop from the moment you reach out to the moment your issue is resolved.
Creating a ticket now takes three simple steps:
Once submitted, every ticket opens as a running conversation. No more digging through email chains to find the latest update. A side panel keeps the essentials in view at a glance: your ticket's status, the SLA date you can count on, and everything else you need to track progress.
And when you're happy with the outcome, closing the loop is entirely up to you. A simple Mark as Closed button puts you in control.
Need to go further? The top navigation connects you directly to the Backoffice, our Innovation Hub, and a live Status Page. Everything, one click away.
If there's one part of this update we're most excited about, it's this one. The Knowledge Base has had a complete refresh, and it's quickly become the heart of the new support experience.
Think of it as your always-open reference library: every guide, walkthrough, and answer we've ever written, now organized in a way that's actually easy to search and browse. No more digging through outdated articles or guessing which page has what you need.
Here's what's new:
Whether you're troubleshooting something at 2am or just want to double-check a setting before you make a change, the Knowledge Base is built to get you the answer without waiting on anyone. It sits front and center in the new Customer Portal, and it's linked directly from the Ticketing System's top navigation, so wherever you are, an answer is never more than a click away.
We built this to be the fastest way to help yourself, and we mean it when we say: explore it first. Chances are, it already has what you're looking for.
If you've bookmarked our previous support pages, don't worry. support.out-smart.com and kennisbank.out-smart.com will now guide you straight to the new Customer Portal at help.out-smart.com. Same great support, one better place to find it.
Head to help.out-smart.com to explore the new Portal, browse the Knowledge Base, or jump straight into myaccount.out-smart.com/tickets-view to see the new ticketing experience for yourself.
We built this with you in mind, and we're just getting started. Thank you for being part of the journey.
Questions about the update? Reach out through the new Customer Portal. We'd genuinely love to hear what you think.
As part of the improvements we mentioned in our previous message, our support ticketing system has just taken a step forward.
The most noticeable change for you: support notification emails will now arrive from helpdesk@out-smart.com instead of the address you may have seen before. If you have any email filters, rules, or safe sender lists set up, you may want to add this address so you don't miss any updates on your tickets.
More updates on the Customer Portal and Knowledge Base are coming soon, so keep an eye on this blog!
