Less hassle, more ease: discover what's new in OutSmart. You can now test power-ups yourself, get instant help via our chatbot in the back office, and log in to OutSmart faster and more securely.

New: Power-up Marketplace - test it yourself = choose smarter

No demos. No obligations. Just try what works for you.

With the Power-up Marketplace, you decide which add-ons boost your workflow and you can test them free for 14 days, right inside your own OutSmart environment.

What is it exactly?

The Power-up Marketplace is a central place inside your OutSmart account where you can:

  • discover, test, and manage helpful add-ons (power-ups) and activate or stop a feature whenever you want, no need to contact support.
What’s in it for you?
Whether you're a planner, mechanic, or account manager: the Marketplace puts you in control of your workspace. No waiting times, no consultants, just test new features when it suits you.
  • Full control
    Start or cancel a trial directly from your account.
  • Clear process and communication
    You’ll know exactly what to expect up front, including pricing and terms.
  • Timely reminder
    We’ll send you a reminder before the 14-day trial ends. Cancel on time? No charges.
  • No admin rights needed
    Not an admin? No worries. You can request a trial, your account owner gets notified right away and can activate it.

 

What will you find in the Marketplace?
The interface is divided into three clear sections:

  1. Nothing activated yet – discover and start new power-ups
  2. Active trials - Track your ongoing trial periods
  3. Active power-ups - manage everything you've already activated or purchased

What if you want to stop or downgrade a trial?
You can end a trial at any time before the 14-day period ends, right from your dashboard. You'll get two options:

  • Stop immediately
  • Let it run until the end of the trial period

If a power-up automatically converts to a paid version after 14 days:

  • You can still cancel it, but the feature will remain active until the end of the current contract period
  • For certain add-ons (like extra licenses or sub-administrations), you can adjust the quantity at any time

 

Chatbot in the back office

You might’ve already seen our chatbot on the website or in the customer portal. Now, it's also available in the OutSmart Back Office right under the Help Center. Got a question while planning, registering, or managing tasks? No need to switch to the website anymore. The OutSmart chatbot is now built into the back office and can be accessed directly via the Live Ring button in the bottom right corner of your screen.

You can ask things like:

  • How a feature works
  • Where to find something
  • How to configure a setting

No more digging or emailing: just instant answers. Perfect when you're stuck in the middle of a job.

And here’s the best part: the chatbot learns as you use it. That means the more you ask, the smarter it gets. Something not quite right? Let us know! Every bit of feedback helps improve it. Want to share feedback? Go to Help Center > Submit a Ticket in the Back Office and select the category OutSmart Feedback.

 

New: Single Sign-On (SSO) login *coming soon

Managing passwords? There’s a smarter and safer way. With our new Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, you can now log in via a trusted external provider like Microsoft or Google.

What is Single Sign-On?
SSO replaces the traditional username-password login. Instead of separate OutSmart credentials, you use your existing business account to access OutSmart — fully secured and centrally managed.

Note: SSO is currently only available for OutSmart Back Office users. Support for the app will follow later.

What are the benefits?

  • More security
    SSO uses two-factor authentication through a trusted external party. This means fewer risks of data breaches, phishing, or password misuse.
  • Less hassle
    One login = access everywhere. No separate OutSmart login, so no more forgotten passwords or waiting times for your field team.
  • Control for account owners
    Admins can integrate and enforce SSO for their users. This way, you keep full control over who accesses what and how they log in.
